Delivery Instructions

When an order is placed for any of our many products, the sales representative will ask for delivery instructions. These instructions include directions for delivery and any specific requests by the customer regarding the delivery. Delivery schedules are based on the size of the order, the dimensional size of the products ordered, and the requested delivery date. Truswood prides itself on being able to meet as many requested delivery dates as possible.  Turn around times for orders can vary through out the year, depending on the weather and production schedules.

Trucking Fleet

Truswood has an extensive fleet of company owned trucks for delivery of trusses, wall panels, LVL’s, and I-joists. Large truss orders are usually delivered on roll-back tractor trailers, while LVL’s and I-joists maybe delivered on a 20’ flatbed. Accessibility to jobsites may greatly influence which method of delivery is used. These questions are usually asked by the sales representative when an order is placed.
